| To avoid any problems that may occur without the presence of a watchful eye, all of our custom-tailored concierge service plans include 24 hour on site service. You can get answers to any questions or check on the status of any problem at any time during the day or night. From the moment a Shulamite employee starts his/her assignment, there will always be someone available to assist both the property manager and tenants. |

| Certified fire safety managers to assist in bringing and keeping your property in compliance with all local and state fire safety rules and regulations. |
| The management team at Shulamite Services consists of highly trained and certified fire safety managers for the state of New Jersey. Some rules and regulations may differ slightly from city to city however if needed our management team will consult with your local fire department and devise a fire safety plan for your property as well as do the necessary as far as bringing and keeping the property in compliance with all rules and regulations. |
